2. Customization and Handmade Nature

All items created by Claymigo are 100% handmade. Because each piece is sculpted and painted by hand, slight variations in color, shape, and finer details from your provided reference images are normal and expected. These variations are part of the unique charm of handmade art and do not constitute a defect.

3. Order Process and Confirmation

Registering for a slot through our website is a request, not a finalized order. Your order is officially confirmed only after our artist reviews your customization notes and reference images, confirms availability, and you have completed the required payment as communicated via Email or Instagram.

4. Production and Delivery Timelines

Our delivery timelines are estimates. Custom clay pieces require significant time for sculpting, drying, and painting. While we strive to meet your requested "Delivery Start" and "Delivery End" dates, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the highly personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom clay creations once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the situation and work with you to provide a repair or replacement solution at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The designs, photos of completed work, and website content are the intellectual property of The Claymigo Store. We reserve the right to share photos of the final clay creations on our social media and website portfolio, unless you explicitly request us to keep your order private prior to completion.
