1. Introduction

Welcome to The Claymigo Store, a solo handmade clay art business run by a single independent artist. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my website at theclaymigostore.in and any order or service you request from me.

By accessing this website, submitting a slot registration form, or placing a custom order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use my services.

2. The Handmade Nature of Our Products

Every item created by Claymigo is 100% handmade and hand-painted by our artist using air dry clay. As with all handmade art, each piece is unique.

• Variations are expected: Slight differences in color, texture, size, and proportion from your reference images are a natural and celebrated part of the handmade process. These are not defects.
• No two pieces are identical: Even if you order the same design twice, minor differences will naturally exist.
• Reference images are guides: I strive to create a faithful and loving interpretation of your reference, but I cannot guarantee a pixel-perfect replica.

3. The Order & Slot Registration Process

My custom orders work through a "slot" system to ensure every customer receives dedicated attention:

• Slot Registration is a Request: Submitting the registration form is not a confirmed order. It is a request for me to review your requirements.
• Review & Acceptance: I review each request individually. I may accept, waitlist, or, in rare cases, be unable to accommodate your specific request.
• Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed only after I review your details, communicate any queries, and you complete the payment as directed via Email or Instagram.
• Payment is required upfront before I begin crafting your piece.

4. Pricing

Prices for custom clay pieces vary depending on size, complexity, number of pieces, and customization requirements. An estimated price range is displayed on our product and category pages for reference.

The final price is communicated individually for each order after reviewing your customization notes. The displayed price ranges are estimates only and the final quote may differ.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Production & Delivery Timelines

Custom handmade art takes time. The production period depends on the complexity of the piece and current slot capacity.

• Delivery timelines provided in the slot registration form are requested windows. I will do my best to deliver within your requested dates, but they cannot be guaranteed.
• I will proactively communicate if there are any delays in production or shipping.
• Shipping transit time is additional to production time and depends on your location and the courier service used.
• I ship Pan-India. International shipping is not currently available.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the highly personalized, custom, and handmade nature of our products, our policy is as follows:

• All sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds once payment has been made and production has commenced.
• Cancellations before production has started may be eligible for a partial or full refund at my discretion. Please contact me immediately if you wish to cancel.
• Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged item AND the packaging. I will assess the situation and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.
• I am not responsible for items that are damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

7. Reference Images & Your Content

• By uploading reference images, you confirm that you have the right to share those images with me for the purpose of creating your custom piece.
• I will use your reference images exclusively to craft your order and will not share them publicly.
• Photos of the finished clay creation may be shared on my social media or portfolio with your explicit prior consent only.

8. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, photographs of completed pieces, website content, and branding are my intellectual property and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute my content without explicit written permission.

When I create a custom piece based on a character, image, or design provided by you (e.g., a portrait, a fictional character), you retain ownership of your provided reference, and the physical clay piece is yours. I retain the right to document the creative process and final piece for my own portfolio, with your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the value of the order placed. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, variations in the handmade product, or dissatisfaction with design interpretations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
